When you use multiple services from us, we link information to provide you with the best possible service. This allows us to handle your questions, reports and complaints quickly and efficiently.

We use the combined information to improve our service and provision of services. And to be able to adapt our services to what our customers want. What do we do?

Easytax sometimes uses third parties for certain services. If these third parties have access to your data when performing their services, Easytax has taken the necessary contractual and organizational measures to ensure that your data is only processed for the above purposes. What rights do you have?

Inspection:

You have the right to access your personal data. This means that you can request which personal data we have of you and what we use that data for.

You can do this in various ways. Do you want to view the advice we have given you or the declaration we have made for you? Then we refer you first to the correspondence you have received from us for this by email, letter or other means of communication. You can also view your specified invoice for this.

If you cannot find the information you are looking for there, you can submit a request for access by sending a letter. Make sure that your name, address, landline and/or mobile phone number and a copy of a valid ID are included with this letter. Change:

You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is incorrect. You can contact us for this. You will then receive a written response from us within 6 weeks.

Rights:

In certain situations, you have the right to have your personal data deleted. You have previously given Easytax permission to use your data, but you are now withdrawing that permission. We will then delete your data.

You have the right to receive the personal data that Easytax has of you. This way you can easily pass on that data to another service provider of the same type of service. You can also ask Easytax to give the data directly to that other organization.
